Agreement to Terms
By using Keep My Friends ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
What the App Does
Keep My Friends helps you track and maintain your personal relationships through an energy-based reminder system. You can add friends, log interactions, and receive notifications when friendships need attention.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- One account per person
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you add to the App (friend names, notes, etc.). We don't claim any rights to your personal content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the App running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
